Terms of payment and cancellation
All prices are net plus VAT of 10% (Food) or 21%(NON Food).
The offer is based on the volume of up to 100 guests.
Payment of a deposit of 50% of the total cost is due upon acceptance of the offer by
signing the agreement.
The receipt of the deposit on our bank account makes our agreement legally binding.
The remaining sum is to be transferred to our account in instalments according to the budget or in one sum at the latest 8 weeks before the wedding.
Our offer is binding for 7 days from the date of issue.
Any drinks or other services still invoiced according to consumption will be settled at the
end of the event with the deposit and the rest have to be paid in cash.
If payments are more than 7 working days late (receipt of payment) without a corresponding amended written agreement from both sides, we charge a late fee of €50.00 per day and we reserve the right to cancel the event on our part and the cancellation conditions will come into force. We allow ourselves to adjust our prices to the inflation index if necessary.
Cancellation conditions:
In case of cancellation of the agreement
immediately 50%
up to 16 weeks before the start of the VA 60%
up to 12 weeks before the start of the VA 70%
up to 8 weeks before the start of the VA 80%
up to 4 weeks before the start of the VA 90%
of the agreed sum.
Postponement of the event
Should your event have to be postponed for weighty reasons (illness of the bridal couple,
pandemic, storm disasters,...) you can postpone your event to the year 2027 without loss of the already amounts after previous date arrangement.
There will then only be a handling fee of 5% of the total amount
